BE-BOLD: A Leaders, we must not take our responsibilities for granted…lacking the fullness of our commitment and capacity for completion. Once a commitment is made, we must, absolutely must, carry our commitment through to conclusion.
By failing to give “it” all that we have… our complete energy package, all of our emotions, and our total resources… then we will likely be looking FAILURE square in the eye. Failure should not be an option. No one plans for FAILURE.
In today’s society…… Contracts force the participants to fulfill their commitments. In yesterday’s business environment…we only needed a “hand-shake” to INK-IN our deal. Today….we feed on conflict resolution. We should feed on the Golden Rule….we must be “bold,” we must be “resolute” in honoring our commitments.
In the Biblical days… “Yes meant YES, and no meant NO.” Matthew 5:37 – “Nor shall you make an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. “But let your statement be, ‘Yes, yes ‘ or ‘No, no’; anything beyond these is of evil.
We are expected to carry, and conduct, ourselves in a BOLD manner; not just in our personal lives, but also in all segments of our life….personal, family, social, and spiritual. We are told in Philippians 1:20 – According to my earnest expectation and [my] hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but [that] with all boldness, as always, [so] now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether [it be] by life, or by death.
