“…Encouragement is a form of LOVE that we can share with any deserving person….”

ENCOURAGEMENT:  How to get it, how to keep it, and how to give it away.  Don’t you think that it’s easier to offer encouragement to someone, then to criticize them, or to berate them?  The way “to get encouragement,” is to do those things in life that gives reason for others to recognize what and why you are doing something, and they are, therefore, encouraged to “give you encouragement.”  The way to keep this encouragement, is to continue to do those same things that attracted their (from others) encouragement to start with.  And, the way to give it away, is to find others that deserve you attention; that you believe in what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it, which gives you reason to encourage them, thus giving it away.  So, you get to keep it for you own use, and to give it away…all at the same time.  ENCOURAGEMENT is a gift from God, that He intended us to share with others, as they work to deserve it.    To give someone encouragement is a “special gift,” that one should “keep it moving.”  Encouragement is a form of LOVE that we can share with any deserving person.  Even our Bosses need encouragement.  It’s not something that we should “give-out” like free candy.  You would no more offer someone encouragement, than you would tell someone that their breath smells “so good,” when they just got through eating garlic on their salad.  They would recognize you as a liar right away, someone with evil intentions.  Give encouragement freely, but give it because it is deserved.  Hebrews 10:23-25 – Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.  …Blessings…cjlb…5/05/14
