“…For both… the Leader and the Follower, doing your best is mandatory because…”

Image result for do it right the first timeAre we doing our very BEST? If you’re the Leader… doing your best is absolutely mandatory… lest you won’t be retaining your Leadership role for too many cycles. If you’re the Follower… then doing your best is mandatory, lest you won’t be becoming a Leader anytime soon. For both… the Leader and the Follower, doing your best is mandatory because God, who is the Great Leader, Teacher, and Motivator… requires it of us.

And, for the skeptic, then ….Scriptural support is found inColossians 3:23-23 – Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. And, if you’re still confused, then try… 2 Timothy 2:15 – Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

And, if we’re not scripturally inclined, then …we can use a little common sense. If it’s worth doing, then it’s worth doing right… and, both… take the same amount of time.
