“…Get wisdom – it’s worth more than money; choose insight over income every time…”

Insults, disrespect, derogatory, envious, hateful, and malicious encounters.  That’s what happens, sometimes… too often, to people who try their best to do their best.  There are those devious people who, because, I thinkENVY…try to put the ‘stops’ on our efforts to succeed.  These types are… simply jealous, and envious   But, they are also the type who go to any length to make life miserable for those who are nearing success… and they try to place obstacles in from of us.

This pattern is TRUE, not just in the work place, social endeavors, family matters, but also in our ‘spiritual lives.’  Those who ‘work with satan have no boundaries… they leave ‘no stone’ un-turned in their effort to force you into their ‘cult of sin.’  All ‘they need’ is a slight foot-hold, and …they got’cha.

1 Peter 3:13.  – Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.” But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

As leaders we endure insults to our Leadership. Being a leader is not cake walk.  If ‘being a leader’ was so easy… then there would be people ‘standing in line’ to be our leaders.  So it is with our ‘spiritual walk.’  There are ‘those worldly people/distractions that do all they can to place obstacles in the path to Heaven.  But God has given us the ‘leadership skills’ to overcome even satan…and his demons.  We only have to ‘put to work’ those special gifts placed in our hearts by the HOLY SPIRIT.

Philippians 4:9What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Proverbs 16:10-20 – A good leader motivates, doesn’t mislead, doesn’t exploit.   God cares about honesty in the workplace; your business is his business.  Good leaders abhor wrongdoing of all kinds; sound leadership has a moral foundation.  Good leaders cultivate honest speech; they love advisors who tell them the truth.  An intemperate leader wreaks havoc in lives; you’re smart to stay clear of someone like that.   Good-tempered leaders invigorate lives; they’re like spring rain and sunshine.  Get wisdom – it’s worth more than money; choose insight over income every time.  The road of right living bypasses evil; watch your step and save your life.  First pride, then the crash – the bigger the ego, the harder the fall.  It’s better to live humbly among the poor than to live it up among the rich and famous.  It pays to take life seriously; things work out when you trust in God

Many blessings as you seek God’s Leadership Role in your life’s pursuits…cjlb… 8/13/2017
