“…I won’t play with words, or clichés, just to make a point that is so obvious. …”

“Are you damaged goods?”  Or, do you think that you might be?  And, if so, why do you think such a thing?  Because….my friends ….you’re NOT.  That is, unless, you choose to be.  Being damaged goods is a choice!  When God made us, He wrote down our name and number, and, it was not damaged or tarnished.  Being damaged is not God’s wish for any of us.  I won’t play with words, or clichés, just to make a point that is so obvious.  Don’t confuse being DAMAGED with momentary failure, falling off the wagon, losing you job, or even the worst sort of sin.  Because, and since, Jesus died on the Cross for all of our sins; any part of us thought to be damaged, was repaired by His Blood and Resurrection.  He has given each of us the strength, structure, capacity, wisdom, and Faith, to transform any form of damage into success, stability, compassion, happiness, and all things good.  We are an EXTENSION of God Himself.  God does not, has not, and will not make a mistakeAll that He asks is that we believe in Him, LOVE Him, and to confess and repent of our sins.  Isaiah 53:5 – But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. …Blessings …cjlb…3/7/14
