“…If our Leaders are in it for the …“PRAISE” and the RECOGNITION”… then they need to get “another job…”

20131122_171853Do YOU really want to be a LEADER? All Leaders have the “awesome responsibility” to Lead us not astray… but rather… on the straight and narrow. Leaders should be aware that they are being watched, listened to, talked about….. but seldom praised.

If our Leaders are in it for the …“PRAISE” and the RECOGNITION”… then they need to get “another job.”

The DO’s: We hire them, we elect them, and we appoint them….to LEAD and to GOVERN. We expect them to be honest, trustworthy, and moral, to have good character… and God fearing.

The DON’TS: Don’t corrupt our system, don’t steal from us, don’t lie to us, and don’t erode our FREEDOM.

EPHESIANS: 4:29 – Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Now….would not the average, wannabe Leader, recognize that being a LEADER is an “awesome responsibility,” and one not to be taken lightly? God is the Great Leader, Teacher, and Motivator…. And, the best “Leadership-example” for us to follow.

…..Blessings…cjlb….7/18/17
