“…If you have to ask yourself if you’re BOLD, then…you’re NOT…”

20131127_071757BOLD vs Timid: How BOLD are we willing to be, in order to achieve our goals? Or, is timidity the game plan? It’s seldom that I’ve ever been at a loss for words, so, that said… I fit the MOLD… for BOLD

I exhort confidence and courage. I’m the ultimate risk-taker. No… I’m not a gambler…no, no. But, I do meet Mr. Risk …square in the eye. I meet all the criteria to be qualified as being BOLD.

I say all of this to make this point….it takes these types of characteristics to meet one’s career objectives…not to mention any other goal one makes…be it: marriage, children, sports and…spiritual endeavors. It takes boldness to secure the right marriage partner. It takes boldness to raise your children according to the appropriate standards. It takes boldness to ask for a raise, a promotion, or a transfer to a job with better opportunities. It takes boldness to recognize that you’re BOLD.

Bold people are confident, a bit prideful, forward, and self-righteous. Bold people hold themselves up to a higher… self-imposed… standard. Boldness is never taking NO for an answer.

If you have to ask yourself if you’re BOLD, then…you’re NOT.

Boldness is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Boldness is saying YES to God. Timidity is saying Yes to satan.

Acts 4:31  And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.
