“… If you have trouble determining your standing in any of these scenarios, then likely… you have no significant standing….”

How are you perceived as a Leader in the various aspects of your life….career pursuits, family man, social life, play-time, and your Spiritual life?  Are your Leadership skills in question by your co-workers, peers, and Management?  Are you able to distinguish between your supporters and the backstabbers?  There should be a clear distinction between the two.  How do you handle their rejection?  Is your family life stable?  Do you provide your spouse and children adequate time?  Are you supportive of their activities?  Is your social life shared by your spouse in a fair and balanced manner?  Are you the “life of the party,” or a bench warmer?  Do you participate in Church activities; support your Church monetarily; attend the various programs designed just for the family leader.  Do your Leadership skills spill-over into your Spiritual life?  Do you give God His share of your time?   How much of what you have, do you think, that God has ownership?  If you have trouble determining your standing in any of these scenarios, then likely… you have no significant standing.  Let’s start backwards in this, and deal with God first.  If you are not aware that God owns all you have, and all you do, then you’re in trouble from the get-go, and likely don’t even realize it.  God owns our every moment and every asset; as He has them “on-loan” to us.  We are the STEWARDS of God’s processions, including…. Ourselves.  Luke 14:33 says: “So then, none of you can be My disciple who does not give up all his own possessions.Basically…we are called to give all that we have, in order to follow Jesus.  And, once we concede, and completely surrender; then all the other perceptions will fall into line… behind God.  We become career successful, we will have a well-balance happy marriage, and our social lives will be full, fruitful and giving.  …Blessings…cjlb… 9/3/14
