“…Learn to do what you don’t want to do – but is necessary…”

20131109_210753Learn to do what you don’t want to do – but is necessary.  I remember in the very beginning of my career, while take Accounting 101, and then 102; I couldn’t stand it.  But, upon on completion of the courses, I realized that this is where the MONEY was for me.  I did what I didn’t want to do…all for the money.  Sound BAD?  Well maybe, but the fact is…I learned to LOVE it; because… I didn’t want to spend my entire career doing something I hated, just so I’d make more money.  I adapted.  Accounting served me well; moving up the ranks over the next 15 years, from Accounting Clerk to CFO.  To this day, I live, eat, and breath …numbers.  I love it.  Thanks be to God; He gave me the skills and the tools to do what had to be done.  Colossians 3:17 – And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.  …Blessings…cjlb..12/5/13
