First you come to the garden alone, while the dew is still on the roses.
For the Garden of your daily living, Plant three tows of PEAS: Peace of mind, Peace of Heart, and Peace of soul.
Now, Plant four rows of SQUASH: Squash gossip, Squash indifference, Squash grumbling, and Squash selfishness.
Then Plant four rows of LETTUCE: Lettuce be faithful, Lettuce be kind, Lettuce be patient, and Lettuce really love one another.
No garden is without TURNIPS: Turnip for meetings, Turnip for Church, Turnip to help one another.
To conclude your garden, you must have THYME: Thyme for God, Thyme for each other, Thyme for family, and Thyme for friends.
Water freely with PATIENCE, and CULTIVATE with LOVE.
There is much fruit in your garden, because you REAP what you SOW.

While this prose is a wonderful “play on words”…. Still…It truly represents what all of us would wish to emulate… in terms of preparing ourselves for life’s journey. But a “play on words” are not what is necessary to actually reap the benefits of “life’s garden.” All that is necessary is to “believe that Jesus Christ” died on the Cross for our sins, so that we, each of us, might have “life-ever-lasting” with, and in the company, of God The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit… for all of time. We must accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. We must repent for our sins, and commit to turn away from sin, and towards to God.
