“…Some Leaders are hard-nosed, distrustful, conniving, hateful, unforgiving, and too often. …darn right …. NARCISSISTIC…?”

Image result for caricature of charityCHARITY: Many Leaders are people of Charity, Kindness, Loving, Forgiving, and Trusting… not to mention they are, most often, hardworking and dedicated. In contrast, some Leaders are hard-nosed, distrustful, conniving, hateful, unforgiving, and too often. …darn right …. NARCISSISTIC?

How one could be considered a successful leader if (s)he were so described. Yet we have them; some even in High Government Service (OUCH!); private enterprise being no exception, and on occasion…the Religious Community.

It is the responsibility of Management, the VOTER, or those others who are in positions of POWER of appointment… to insure that reliable, reputable, dependable, and responsible people are placed in such high positions of control.

1 Cor. 13:13 – “And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.”

…Blessings…cjlb… 10/28/15.
