“…Steadfastness is an armor that both the ‘good and bad’ wear….”

Image result for caricature of a man being steadfast.STEADFAST: Is being steadfast a good or bad characteristic of a successful Leader? I submit, generally, it would be a good attribute, as any “good leader” should stay steady in the road. One who is resolute, dutifully, firm, unwavering, and steadfastly loyal, best describes being STEADFAST.

1st Corinthians 15:58 says: Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

When we’re stuck with a poor-performing leader, than likely, their steadfastness is up to “no good,” as well. Remember this: Anything that we do; personal, at work, at play, or at church… we are about God’s business….rather we realize it, or not.

Steadfastness is an armor that both the “good and bad” wear.
