“…Thank you, Dear Jesus… for your Patience, and extending ‘that same patience’ to us, along with a ‘dap of WISDOM…’

PATIENCE vs WISDOM:  Which quality of life, in the area of leadership… is more important…..Patience or Wisdom?  Answer:  From my perspective… I believe it to be PATIENCE.

If Patience did not come first, at least, in some measure…. then Wisdom, while it might follow anyway… it would follow reluctantly.

I say this… because …. WISDOM, since it is a ‘gift’ from God, might not come too early in life.  Wisdom, I think … typically, comes with a few ‘grey hairs’ and some measure of ‘wrinkles,’…. Picked up along the way to realizing that you have WISDOM.  Wisdom is not something that you just ask God for, as in the days of Solomon… but something God bestows on us…. ‘When He is READY.”

Patience, on the other hand, is something that we develop, usually over time.  When things don’t go our way… such as asking God for WISDOM… then, it will take the PATIENCE of Job, to ‘wait it out.’  Patience, it is said… is a VIRTUE.

Remember in Psalm 37:7, it says…  Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.

There is no entity that is more patient that Our Lord God, Jesus Christ. He loves mankind so much, such that He died on the cross for ‘our sins.’  And, in three days… was ‘raised from the dead’… He ascended into Heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty, and from thence, He will judge both the living and the dead.  God wrote the book on PATIENCE…and that book is called ‘the bible.’

Romans 2:4 – Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and PATIENCE, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

Thank you dear Lord, for waiting on me to ‘get out of my evil ways,’ turning to you for Your Guidance, Your Love, and your Forgiveness.  Thank you, Dear Jesus… for your Patience, and extending ‘that same patience’ to us, along with a ‘dap of WISDOM.’

Help me Dear Lord, your bond servant, to be an ‘instrument of your peace,’ and a ‘conduit of Your Love. LOVE is patience.

…. Blessings….cjlb…7/28/2017
