THE GREEDY HOG GETS ET.  Ever hear this expression?  It means that the guy who is so GREEDY, in the long run, loses out….he gets eaten; because of his GREED.  I’ve always taken this cliché seriously, in that, all the deals that I’ve been involved in – I always try to structure it, such, that it’s a good deal, and fair deal, for all involved.  An old mentor of mine taught me early on, to “leave enough crème in the deal for the next guy.”  Believe me, at times…it’s very hard to do.  Because GREED sets in, and you don’t want to leave any money on the table.  But TRY…. we MUST.  Proverbs 15:27 – Whoever is greedy for unjust gain troubles his own household, but he who hates bribes will live. …Blessings…cjlb…1/9/14
