We all own part of a Kingdom. “Truly I say unto you,” …. a King has given each of us part of His Kingdom to Shepherd. We can do as we wish, but He has charged us
with running our share of the Kingdom, much the same as in business, if we were
a Division CEO. We’re the Boss of that Division; so it is in this Kingdom…we’re Boss.
We must be good stewards of His business. We must treat our subjects (employees) all fairly, our Customers (co-stewards)…fair as well. We should take care of those who cannot take care of themselves; feeding the poor, homeless, sick, and dying. We have many opportunities throughout the day, to WORK THE KINGDOM. We can smile, say yes (when we prefer no), price fairly, rather than gouging, hugging, rather than slapping, giving, rather than taking, helping, rather then hurting. Because we are made in the Image of the King; and He has given us part of His Kingdom; we rule as He would rule. If we fail, then He will take our share of the Kingdom from us. We must not miss an opportunity to run His business just as He would. John13:33-35: “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. “By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” We don’t have to be preachers…we can be ourselves, because people will see God in us, by the way we live, love, and treat others. ….Blessings…cjlb..9/28/13.
