Spinning your wheels? Working overtime… and still… not making progress? Are you falling short of your goals due to poor efficiency? Lacking ‘time disciplines’… eventually will insure failure. We Leaders MUST exercise proven time-efficient methods if we want to insure successful outcomes.
Assigning jobs, or plans of action, while important… is no less important than assigning people with the proper skill-sets to the appropriate jobs. As part of every goal, we much accomplish the goals within budgeted time-frames. Remember the old cliché… time means money. Time is budgeted exactly in parallel to all other resources…money, inventory, and talent.
Ephesians 5:15-16 …makes it clear… “Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.”
