SampleMEMORY:  Memory is our most important physical health factor.  What is life without memory?  What are you doing to keep your memory?  It is said that once you lose it, you never get it back.  Given a healthy life-style; all that we have toward the end years…. is our memory.  It is paramount, therefore, that we live such that we protect our health, therefore our memory.  There are many life-style traits available that aid good mental health.  There are diet, exercise, weight control, social balance, volunteer work, mental exercises, yard work; Church and social events.  Keeping a busy life-style would seem helpful to good health.  Any kind of mathematical or number games will also keep your brain healthy.  1 Corinthians 10:31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. …cjlb…8/04/13
