What does Wisdom look like? Um…Wisdom is kind, gentle, gracious, loving, smiling, honest, Godly, pure, reasonable, concise, peaceful, a good listener, patient, wise, impartial, prodding, prayerful, un-wavering, merciful, diligent, relentless, charitable, compassionate, and respectful. And finally, one MUST have a “saving relationship with Christ,” in order for WISDOM to surface. Can a person who possesses Wisdom be all of these things at the same time? Probably not, but surely possible. After all, we humans have a sinful nature, and even people who are full of reputable Wisdom make mistakes, and don’t always fit the glove of Wisdom completely. But, these attributes would describe what a person should look like, and likely, you will find him/her to be like. Anyone pursuing Wisdom must be relentless in their pursuit, out of a passionate love for Jesus Christ, and, it will manifest itself within a sincere heart. Remember, too, that what God giveth, God can take away. So, one MUST not abuse this God-Given gift, less they lose it. James 3:17 – But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. …Blessings…cjlb…9/30/13
