OPPORTUNITY: A Leader can have all the credentials that time, money, experience, and education, can bring about…but he/she will go un-noticed and un-tested…unless someone recognizes him/her as a leader by providing “opportunity.”
So, my point is this: A Leader is “not a leader” until he/she is actually, and factually, employed in a “leadership role.” Some people have tremendous potential to become leaders; but for various reasons, NEVER engage the OPPORTUNITY. Being recognized as someone who has leadership potential is not something that “just happens.” Almost always, the “future leader” is involved in a “plan-of-action.” Such plan(s) are designed either by their employers, such as an Accelerated Management Training Program, which is designed to develop such leadership candidates to become the company’s “future leaders.”
Some “future leaders” have their own POA’s (Plan-0f-Action), where they have set specific goals, that, when completed, will lead to a LEADERSHIP role. Some people, simply by organizing their own company… become LEADERS overnight. As to whether or not they ultimately become SUCCESSFUL Leaders, is determined by the success of their company. If the company fails… then, as leaders, they also fail.
Exceptions do, and can, occur. Some “so called” leaders, are not leaders at all…. But merely “puppets” fronting another AGENDA. It would be WISE to determine which is which. Our local, state, county, and federal governments are “loaded” with PUPPET LEADERS. Be Aware.
We also have “true leaders,” who are quite successful in their chosen field and AGENDA, but unfortunately, are “up-to-no-good.” You know… even the Mafia has “great leadership.” While Hitler was the worst of the worst… he was a phenomenal leader. These would be called “false leaders.” spiritually speaking… one could, and should, be AWARE of what is known as the Anti-Christ, or false prophets. These would be people whose AGENDA is to lead good people into evil agendas. We MUST guard ourselves to know the difference.
We are told in …2 John 1:7 – For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Matthew 24:24 – For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
There are three ways you can recognize the real Jesus when He comes.
1) His coming will be a public event. Jesus’ coming will be the most public event in the history of the world. The Bible says, “Every eye will see him” (Revelation 1:7), and Jesus Himself said, “As lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” Not only will Jesus’ coming be visible; He will also be very audible. Paul said, “The Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God” (1 Thessalonians 4:16) (1 Corinthians 15:52).
2) He will come in the clouds. Jesus also said that He will come ‘on the clouds of the sky.’ (Matthew 24:30). In Revelation, John wrote, “Look, he is coming with the clouds” (Revelation 1:7). Later, in an actual vision of Jesus’ second coming, John said, “I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one ‘like a son of man’ ” (Revelation 14:14).
3) The dead will be raised to life. Jesus said, “A time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28, 29). “Those who have done good will rise to live.” (Verse 29). Jesus didn’t say just when this will happen, but Paul explained that it will happen at Jesus’ second coming: “The Lord himself will come down from heaven, . . . and the dead in Christ will rise first.” (1 Thessalonians 4:16).
So that, you can know, anyone claiming to be Jesus is an impostor, “unless he appears on clouds in the sky with the sound of a loud trumpet and raises the dead to life.” …Blessings…cjlb… 6/5/15.
