“…Being a ‘big shot’ is not that hard… but ‘staying a big-shot’ takes a lot of on-going effort…”

What could go wrong? ME! That would be the “leader.” “Me” starts thinking they are God’s gift to the Company, its employees, their customers, and “the Leader” may even began to think they are “all powerful.” The Leader may get so totally carried away with how important he might be… that even he…thinks he walks on water…that he…can do “no-wrong.”

We are the LEADER!! The fact is; we are getting a tad-bit too big for our britches, and we are about to get snake bit. Being a “big shot” is not that hard… but “staying a big-shot” takes a lot of “on-going effort.”

The Solution: Stay FOCUSED. Stay COMMITTED. Stay MORAL. Stay HONEST. Stay LOVING. Stay SAFE. Stay Humble.

Matthew 23:1-4, tells us: Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, “The experts in the law and the Pharisees sit on Moses’ seat. Therefore pay attention to what they tell you and do it. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they teach. They tie up heavy loads, hard to carry, and put them on men’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing even to lift a finger to move them.

Matthew 23:11-12 says: The greatest among you will be your servant. And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
