“…My brain is always working…. Because I’m passionate about what I do, and what I’m committed to…”

What are you “most passionate” about? What is the most important thing to you? What makes you get up earlier, than necessary, so that you might have time to devote to that passion? If you are not passionate about something than moving backwards. If we don’t have a “plan,” something that occupies our time, no matter what, then we’re moving backwards. Some might think that being idle is no movement….not so. If you’re not moving forward, than you moving backwards. I know….I might be contradicting an earlier view point, (so be it), but today… I think that if you’re sitting idle, then you’re getting fat…getting ugly…getting lazy…getting senile (or gonna get that way). All of these previously thought of characteristics were thought to be describing non-movement. But if you’re getting fatter…than something is moving…you get the point. So, being passionate about something is surely…movement. I’m passionate about this website…BrOOKS-of-WISDOM. I think about it all the time. I dream about it. I’m always ALERT to a new idea to write about. My brain is always working…. Because I’m passionate about what I do, and what I’m committed to. We NEED to be passionate about a lot of different things…. Not just one, or two. We should be passionate about our spouses, our family, our careers, our social life…and PASSIONATE about our SPIRITUAL life. If we are not passionate about, at least, several of these things, then we are very likely going to be in TROUBLE down the line. To be SUCCESSFUL in our careers, then we MUST be passionate. If we want to have a successful marriage, and family life, then we MUST be passionate about it…not necessarily sexually speaking… but gun-ho about being with those that we love and care about. Then there is the idea of being passionate about spending eternity with Our Lord Jesus Christ. Without this PASSION, we likely will be flirting with the apple… instead. 1 Corinthians 10:31So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.  Galatians 5:24And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.  Psalm 32:8I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. …Blessings… cjlb …8/14/14
